Life Enrichment Assistant (Part‑Time)

Join Caring Places Management as a Life Enrichment Assistant at Creekside Place in Battle Ground, WA. We are passionate about providing exceptional care for seniors and expect you to help enrich their lives through engaging activities.

• Part‑time schedule:
Sunday – Tuesday (2 days per week)

• Pay: $19–$20 per hour, DOE

Location:

Creekside Place, Battle Ground, WA

• Follow Life Enrichment Coordinator’s (LEC) schedules and calendars according to the plans set in place
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Life Enrichment resident plans and social histories
• Work with residents and intervene and redirect as needed
• Communicate regularly with LEC regarding residents’ needs and concerns
• Complete required documentation thoroughly, accurately, and timely
• Complete daily duties and non‑scheduled duties as time permits
• Be flexible and “think on your feet” when plans change
• Assist LEC in communicating about activities and events, ongoing promotion of events, gathering of supplies, and general day‑to‑day tasks
• Engage residents in ongoing sensory stimulation and one‑on‑one visits between organized activities
• Work as part of the team; organize time and prioritize requests with a professional attitude to achieve optimum resident care and interaction
• Report to work on time and maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the employee handbook

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs routinely
• Prior experience in life enrichment or assisted living is a plus but not required
