Care Coordinator; Medical Receptionist​/PSR

Overview

Proactive Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a PRN Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

• Salary: ~$16-$20/HR BOE
• PRN (20-40 Hours/Week)
• Battle Ground, Washington 98604
• This is a temporary position to fill in while our Care Coordinator is on maternity leave. It has the potential to become full time if a position opens up within the area. Training would start in January. Length of employment would be 4-6 months.

• You’ll Achieve Success By: Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Verifying insurance coverage
  , processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.

• Requirements
  :
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic office and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
