Experience:

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with Pre-K, elementary, middle, or high school students
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and implementation
• Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Effective communication and organization abilities
• Adaptable approach, open to working with students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Assess and document students functional abilities and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans in collaboration with an educational team
• Support students participation in classroom activities and curriculum
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families to reinforce strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school protocols
