You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will help make the store a success. We provide a 3 or more weeks store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops.
Kitchens are hot and noise levels are high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay RangePay Range: $23.00 per hour - $32.20 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined using factors including location and experience. Panda does not guarantee a bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
