Level 1 Assistant Manager (07072) – 11 NW 12th Ave, Suite 113

Join Domino’s Pizza as a Level 1 Assistant Manager and help ensure every shift runs smoothly while supporting a team that values integrity, hard work, and community impact.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day‑to‑day operations during the shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time and model these expected standards for all crew members.
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork coordination.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and a professional image.
  • Support marketing initiatives and ensure profitability metrics are met.
  • Provide hands‑on training to new team members and help develop existing staff.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong math skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and maneuver objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license (for delivery duties, where required).
Benefits & Compensation

Wage Rates: Starting at minimum wage with scheduled raises after training completion. Assistant manager pay ranges from $16.66–$18.97 per hour in Washington. Monthly bonuses are available but not guaranteed.

Hours: All positions are part‑time unless otherwise stated. Employees may work full‑time hours subject to availability and training completion.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance: Available to employees who have worked at least one year and average at least 32 hours per week.

Other Benefits: Compliance with Washington State sick pay requirements. Opportunity for career advancement from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations roles.
