The Director of Projects & Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, leading procurement activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and resolving challenges in civil engineering and construction processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bawshar.

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Management to monitor and control project expenses efficiently
• Expertise in Procurement and resource allocation within the construction and real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of Construction processes and hands-on experience in overseeing on-site operations
• Background in Civil Engineering with a solid understanding of construction techniques and building codes
• Leadership and decision-making abilities to manage project teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Previous experience in high-level project management within the real estate or construction industry is advantageous
