• Assist and function as back-up to Machine Operator to produce quality product at target machine speeds using safe work practices.
• Read & understand Production Order Packet (POP); prepare all machine components for production.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Follow designated procedures to requisition or return components & materials, inspect components & materials, install components & materials, complete pre & post production activities.
• Assist with set-up and/or change over activities within allotted time.
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance Activities as assigned.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Effectively communicate with team members across shifts.
• Assist and train other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
