Store Office Assistant – Price Cutter

The Store Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the store’s daily operations, providing exceptional service, and assisting the Store Office Manager in managing the financial aspects of the business. This role helps maintain a clean, friendly environment and fosters teamwork among store associates.

Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Store Office Manager

• Provide exceptional service to all clientele.
• Learn and perform Office Manager duties through training and ongoing development.
• Train team members on updated cashier policies under store office manager guidance.
• Maintain accounting functions at store level – settling tills, preparing deposits, issuing tills to cashiers, monitoring cashiers, and answering the phone.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

• Communicate with office management and stay updated on all company policies and training procedures.
• Maintain records in compliance with governmental regulations and company policy.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress and name‑tag enforcement.

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25‑60 lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10‑20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials. Must use both hands dexterously, stand and move around various workstations, and use knives or other sharp instruments for food preparation or product removal. Work involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and operating on floors that may be slippery.
