Position Details: Part-Time/Full-Time – Entry Level.

In this friendly, flexible team environment, your role involves efficiently checking out customers, resolving issues with critical thinking, and assisting customers with various needs.

• Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
• Adhere to “Meet and Greet” policies.
• Achieve low cash over/short for tills.
• Meet standard items per minute (IPMs) during checkout.
• Ensure proper bagging of customer orders and assist with carry-out/parcel pickup services.
• Clean and maintain check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks.

• Maintain adequate training for cashiering or other departments as needed.
• Follow all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally, exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand and move about various workstations, and handle sharp instruments safely. Ability to work on slippery floors and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling is required.
