- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
** Your Expertise:**
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Flexibility to work in multiple locations and schedules

** Pay Range:*
* $14.00 - $20.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible employees may participate in incentive plans, benefits, and company programs.
