As a member of our Business Development Center (BDC), you will assist guests by scheduling service appointments for our five service departments in a call center environment. Enjoy working with guests and customers over the phone is essential. You should be a high performer looking for a rewarding, customer‑focused role.

• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Respond to service appointment requests quickly and accurately.
• Advise and schedule simple manufacturer‑recommended maintenance services at specific mileages or times.
• Engage in outgoing call campaigns to alert customers about potential overdue maintenance or recall lists.
• Create world‑class experiences with and for our guests.

• Be delightful, positively engaging, and smile over the phone.
• Secure and schedule a high percentage of appointments and handle objections.
• Handle challenging customer concerns, remain calm under pressure, and resolve the guest’s concern.
• Enjoy speaking on the phone with customers and assisting others.
• Have a strong work ethic and can work in a fast‑paced, result‑driven environment.
• Energetic, hardworking, detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate.

The starting hourly pay range is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
