Senior Project Manager - Transportation Design

WSB is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Transportation Design background to join our growing team. • Collaborate with other groups/disciplines within the company to deliver top-quality projects and unparalleled service to clients
• Participate in client meetings presenting concepts and task summaries
• Prepare preliminary design layouts and final design plans and specifications on large and complex transportation projects
• Compile, write, and edit documents for design-build projects
• Assist with proposals, project budgets and schedules as well as public involvement with the State, Counties, and Cities
• Oversee the work of PEs, EITs and Technicians
• Lead project design and coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited school and five or more years of related experience
• Minnesota or North Dakota PE license or ability to obtain within six months
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Experience with design software such as Micro Station
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong client relationships, and a strong work ethic
• Leadership capabilities
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to work in posted locations
• Office-based role with occasional travel or field visits as required
