Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician – Join Northway Academy, a part of the Sevita family, to provide center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions. In this role you will work 1:1 with children in Baxter, helping them develop skills in communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation
: $16‑$21/hour plus a $1/hour increase after 6 months.

• Support children with autism through early intervention programs
• Implement therapy plans and behavior strategies

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to assist children with behavior support and personal care
