FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side‑side vehicles, on‑road vehicles with and without off‑road capabilities, off‑road vehicles and trucks, all‑terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Produces components by assembling parts and sub‑assemblies.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, sub‑assemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub‑assemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of multi‑tasking.

HS Graduate or equivalent required.

• No experience required. 1+ years prior experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Constantly - 6+ hours:
Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel, Reach above shoulder

Occasionally - 1 to 3 hrs.:
