Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. • When guests need assistance, engage with them in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
  • Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.

  • If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
  • Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas.
  • Learn how operational procedures—such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas—affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
  • Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
  • Support guest services such as back‑up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (such as picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests) while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
  • All other duties based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For
