Rates: $14.45 – $17.00 per hour (paid weekly).

The Role

The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and total customer satisfaction. The representative accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with Home Choice!’s mission statement and core values.

Ideally, a candidate is friendly, has excellent communication skills, is dynamic with an outgoing personality, is customer‑service oriented, and is seeking a career‑growth opportunity.

Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time position. Work Monday through Saturday with Sunday off and one additional weekday off. Schedules are flexible and may change throughout the year as directed by management.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $14.45–$17.00, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences using "white glove" service with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes, and obtain new orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
  • Deliver and pick up products, ensuring safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation, following all handling and transportation procedures and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
  • Maintain an inviting store with organized merchandise and cleanliness, refurbishing items to like‑new condition and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent in‑person attendance.

Physical Demands

Job requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and frequent lifting or moving of heavy items. All coworkers must adhere to company safety guidelines while meeting these demands.
