Security Site Supervisor

Join Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as a Security Site Supervisor in Baxter, MN. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday 4:50 AM – 1 PM.

Wage: $20.00/hr;
Schedule: Mon – Fri 4:50 AM – 1 PM.

• Serve as supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); act to ensure all post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed; notify authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coach and discipline personnel; seek advice from management when appropriate; meet personnel and document coaching/disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers and other personnel; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions, in coordination with company management.
• Prepare, file, and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts on schedule; meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives as scheduled to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties regarding hiring, training, performance assessment, problem resolution, and recommend hiring/termination as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete a GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Professional interaction with diverse individuals.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certification.
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, and supervisory experience.
