Baxter Creek Golf Clubis an 18-hole championship golf course located just outside of Peterborough. Designed by David L Moote, the course has respectfully retained the character of the Larmer family farm while sculpting exciting course features. Course design, construction and on-going operations reflect a commitment to the highest standards of Environmental Responsibility.

In addition to the premier layout, members and guests can enjoy a full practice and training facility, a unique 19th island green bonus hole (to resolve any match disputes) and full service club house to accommodate any event. We strive to provide the best possible golf experience for our 150 members and daily guests!

Baxter Creek is seeking the services of an Apprentice, Associate, or Assistant Professional to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in the industry and to one day transition into a head professional role! The successful candidate will play an integral role in the golf operations by leading the golf services team daily.

• Day to day operations of the golf shop
• Opening and closing procedures
• Lead operations for our weekly Men’s and Ladies’ golf leagues.
• Engage in pro shop sales, merchandising, and inventory management with our vendors
• Oversee and guide our backshop and operations team to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Book tee times using Tee-On system.
• Promote and provide lessons and clinics.
• Assist in the creation of social media content (hole vlogs)

• Customer service oriented
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Detail oriented
• General knowledge of tournament/league organization

Salary Range - $800-$950 weekly based on experience.

Lesson Revenue – 80%-90% based on experience.
