QE Dynamics is a locally owned, community-focused Delivery Service Partner (DSP) proud to serve the Baxter, MN area. We are now hiring Non CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. No CDL is required for this role — if you have a valid driver's license and a drive to deliver great service, we want to hear from you.

As a Non CDL Delivery Driver with QE Dynamics, you will be the face of our business in the community. Start and end your day at our warehouse location at 12692 Timberwood Drive, Baxter, MN. All delivery routes depart from our warehouse each morning, and drivers return to the warehouse at the end of each shift for vehicle check-in.

• Report to the warehouse each morning for vehicle assignment and package loadout
• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle on assigned routes throughout the Baxter, MN area
• Load, organize, and manage packages for efficient delivery
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers with professionalism and care
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop – you are the face of our team in the community
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery procedures
• Use a handheld device to scan and confirm deliveries
• Complete between 150 and 250 deliveries per shift depending on route
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift for vehicle check-in and end-of-day procedures
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues

Shifts typically run from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Schedules may vary based on route volume and seasonal demand. This is a seasonal full-time position with strong earning potential throughout the season.

• Must be 21 years of age or older per insurance requirements
• Valid driver's license required – no CDL required; this is a Non CDL Delivery Driver role
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and perform physical activity throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on route
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (no THC)
• Prior experience in delivery driving, courier work, warehouse operations, or app-based delivery or gig economy work is a plus – but not required
