Billing Assistant & Storage Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Assistant to join our team. The Billing Assistant will support the collections/billing department by preparing/reviewing invoices, maintaining billing records, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments as well as overseeing our storage billing system (Stor Edge). This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare/review invoices for members.
• Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate billing records and databases.
• Assist with payment tracking and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Provide support to the billing team with administrative tasks.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding billing and payments as needed (mostly with Stor Edge).
• Month end reconciliation.
• Generate and reconcile monthly reports to support departmental needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in various software programs:
  Excel, Word, and Google Sheets (experience in Salesforce, Stor Edge or Concord is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
