Come join a facility anchored between the fresh water of Lake Huron and the Saginaw Bay. Bay City, MI is beautiful waterside community with small town charm and big city amenities. This 399-bed acute tertiary care hospital that is proud to be a Primary Stroke Center and Neuroscience Center of Excellence as well as the only accredited Chest Pain Center in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
Start Date: ASAP (Pending Credentialing)
End Date: 12/31/2026
Shift Description: Monday 7am - Friday 7pm CALL. No weekend call.
On Call Requirements: Monday - Thursday Night based on Facility needs. (12hr & 24hr)

GI clinic location less than half a mile from hospital
Job Requirements :
MI License
Board Certified
ERCP
Local Provider Preferred (Will not cover flights)
DEA
No Malpractice
Employee Health Requirements :
Flu Vaccine for 24-25 season Covid Documentation:
If 24-25 booster has not been received a declination is needed TB: 2-Step Skin Test within 12 months or Quantiferon within the last 6 months TB Questionnaire Hep B:
