McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, Michigan in collaboration with Karmanos Cancer Institute is recruiting a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon to serve the needs of our Mid-Michigan communities offering a patient catchment area of over 500,000 lives. This is a programmatic build offering a substantial amount of autonomy to develop the ideal practice. Join a systemwide team of medical & surgical oncologists and radiology oncologists in providing comprehensive, compassionate, and coordinated care.

Work with a highly respected General Surgeon with a surgical specialization in breast cases. Qualified candidates will be BE/BC and have completed a Breast fellowship.

This position offers a regional model to provide coverage at our McLaren Bay Region hospital and our McLaren Central hospital in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. As a McLaren employed physician you will enjoy a strong referral base from our McLaren employed primary care and specialty care physicians as well as an established regional referral base within our 13-hospital health system in Michigan.

The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute is one of 72 NCI designated sites in the US for Cancer Care. Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan with 16 network sites providing a footprint which covers 46 of Michigan's 83 counties with a catchment area of 6.7 million people.
