Senior Land Advisor & Right-of-Way

Employment:
Permanent, Full‑time (50% Office / 50% Field‑Based)

• Act as the primary contact for landowners on or near pipeline easements and facilities
• Lead negotiations and settlements for ROW matters with landowners and agencies
• Manage and document land‑related issues, including acquisition and disposal of land rights
• Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and support permitting processes
• Mitigate environmental impacts and maintain positive public relations
• Balance office‑based tasks with field visits to meet stakeholders and inspect ROW sites

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in right‑of‑way or land management roles
• Proven ability to negotiate and settle agreements with landowners and public agencies
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with landowners, tenants, and regulators
• Ability to interpret legal plans, titles, deeds, and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in GIS systems, land databases, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits
