• Set up and operate large-format CNC machines using established programs and setup sheets (Extensive programming support provided)
• Perform setups as planned and ensure jobs are run accurately and efficiently
• Read, follow, and edit G-code as required
• Perform tool offsets and in-process inspections
• Load and properly position raw materials and work pieces
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments for tool wear, deviations, or machine issues
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and job instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in a job shop or similar environment (Large-scale machining experience is a big plus)
• Strong G & M code knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Hands-on experience setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and changing tools
• Ability to edit CNC programs
• Heidenhain controls experience is a bonus — not required

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM. Includes shift premium in addition to base pay.
