They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. Nurse Assistants notice changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues. They are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

Earn up to $24.90 per hour on 2nd shift!

• $17.50 - $20.00 per hour base wages (based on years of certification)

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time positions
• All shifts available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans. Bathing and all activities of daily living such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Record and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan (MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED!).
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
