• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services.
• Embody compassion and empathy: be a calming presence and treat each pet with respect.

• Passion for excellent customer service and genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations with judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
