Our business thrives on the personalities of our employees as we strive to provide an exceptional customer service and camping experience to everyone we serve. We are looking for fun, personable extroverts who like to have conversations and build relationships with prospective clientele.

Successful Call Center Representatives must have the willingness to learn the intricacies of our business and the ability to problem solve and think critically on the spot. Our company generates warm leads through a variety of different channels: promotions, websites, classified advertising, and RV dealership programs. This means that our Call Center Representatives are set up for success by having access to potential clients that have expressed interest in camping and resort-related activities, No cold calling.

We do telemarketing different!

• Make outbound calls to leads, adhering to daily quotas
• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
• Explain product and answer questions from leads
• Obtain customer information, such as name, address, and contact information to enter into the customer relationship management system
• Apply active thinking skills to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

• Follow all attendance and punctuality standards
• Must be very energetic with great verbal communication skills
• Maintain a set of moral and ethical practices in communicating our services to clients
• Excellent phone manner and articulation
• Results-driven – better results equals better commissions
• Rejection is a part of this job – the ability to accept it with a positive attitude is essential
• Proficient in English

• $13/hour starting wage (plus additional commission and incentive-based programs)
• Fixed schedule of 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (no weekends)
