Regional Support Specialist National Corporate Housing | Home, Wherever You Are

National Corporate Housing is seeking a highly organized Regional Support Specialist to provide multi-market support across a growing region. This dynamic role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, managing property and vendor relationships, supporting internal operations, and enhancing regional efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a background in corporate housing or hospitality. Expectations for Success:
  • Audit property and guest ledgers to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
  • Support vendor payments: post invoices, initiate electronic payments, and expedite as needed
  • Review and approve market invoices and general ledger entries
  • Execute lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, in coordination with properties
  • Serve as point of contact for property partners and build strong vendor relationships
  • Communicate renewal offers and deliver notices to vacate when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate data in internal management systems for sales and service
  • Evaluate market trends and guest feedback to identify regional improvement opportunities
  • Support internal processes, including promotional supply ordering, contests, and meeting coordination
  • Manage regional meeting agendas, lead L10 meetings, and take notes
  • Track and manage office leases, partnering with Legal and Accounting teams as needed
  • Handle special projects and assist with tasks as assigned by leadership

Who You Are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven multitasker with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Skilled communicator—clear, professional, and responsive
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in reservation systems and data entry
  • Comfortable running meetings, taking notes, and managing multiple priorities
