The OB/GYN, Gynecologist role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities- Responsible for women’s health, including general care, pregnancy, reproductive health, and related surgeries.
- Diagnoses and treats female health issues, conducts exams, and provides prenatal, postpartum, and reproductive counseling.
- Coordinates with medical staff and participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach activities.
- Obtains hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries, and supervises clinical staff and education programs.
- Acts as a liaison with the local medical community, with after-hours on-call availability and travel as needed.
Texas medical license, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
BenefitsMalpractice coverage, bonuses, health insurance, paid leave, salary range of $275,000-$350,000 annually.
