Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Monitor inbound product in ERP system, maintaining visibility of arrivals, quantities, and specifications.
- Track inbound trucks and expected arrival timing, communicating updates as schedules change.
- Allocate customer orders against inbound & available inventory in Famous based on inventory attributes & requirements.
- Monitor inventory age and rotation, identifying aging or at-risk product and escalating as needed.
- Create work orders in ERP for pack-style changes, sorting, cleaning, repacking, and packing fruit.
- Coordinate work order priorities with Warehouse and Production teams to support daily operations.
- Support Category Managers in developing daily and weekly packing plans for growers.
- Provide system-based inventory visibility and reporting to support allocation and planning decisions.
- Communicate shortages, delays, or conflicts proactively to internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations.
- Understanding of basic inventory management KPI’s such as inventory age, FIFO and rotation, and product traceability.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software. Experience using Famous ERP is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a role involving warehouse operations, product allocation, or inventory management.
