• Monitor inbound product in ERP system, maintaining visibility of arrivals, quantities, and specifications.
• Track inbound trucks and expected arrival timing, communicating updates as schedules change.
• Allocate customer orders against inbound & available inventory in Famous based on inventory attributes & requirements.
• Monitor inventory age and rotation, identifying aging or at-risk product and escalating as needed.
• Create work orders in ERP for pack-style changes, sorting, cleaning, repacking, and packing fruit.
• Coordinate work order priorities with Warehouse and Production teams to support daily operations.
• Support Category Managers in developing daily and weekly packing plans for growers.
• Provide system-based inventory visibility and reporting to support allocation and planning decisions.
• Communicate shortages, delays, or conflicts proactively to internal stakeholders.

• Previous experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations.
• Understanding of basic inventory management KPI’s such as inventory age, FIFO and rotation, and product traceability.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software. Experience using Famous ERP is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a role involving warehouse operations, product allocation, or inventory management.
