Associate Project Controls Specialist

Job Description

As an entry-level Project Control Analyst, you will perform basic project control activities, including learning cost and scheduling terminology, understanding Work Breakdown Structure principles, gathering and updating data, producing basic cost/scheduling management reports, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining records, providing historical information, assisting in change management, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent in applicable field; no required work experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to four years (if non‑degreed).
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Relevant technical knowledge required to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑conscious work style.

• Four‑year degree or global equivalent with business and computer software courses.
• Strong personal computer skills.
• Proficiency in automated accounting and cost management systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments and business related matters.
