• Lead collection efforts by contacting customers about overdue payments and executing timely collection activities
• Manage customer account statuses, adding or releasing blocks as needed
• Coordinate with third‑party collection agencies and provide necessary documentation
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure customer accounts are accurate
• Generate reports on open disputes and follow up on resolution statuses
• Process customer credit card payments and provide backup documentation for invoice payments
• Participate in monthly accounts receivable meetings with sales and credit teams

• Strong customer service background coupled with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, and AIA
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, with a positive attitude
• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in credit and collections within a manufacturing environment
