Data Entry Clerk

Join a well-established manufacturing company during an important system update and play a key role in keeping customer information accurate and up to date. This contract Data Entry Clerk opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, communicating with customers, and making sure the details are right.

• ASAP start, 3-4 month contract
• Consistent, full-time hours
• In-office role with a collaborative team environment

• Direct interaction with customers by phone and email

$18-$23/hour DOE

• Research customer accounts and review existing account information
• Contact customers by phone and email to validate account status and details
• Update customer records based on research and customer responses
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in SAP
• Update account flags and other master data as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office to support the project
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing detailed information

• Be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
• Have strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Be comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Be highly organized and able to consistently maintain accurate records
