In this role, you will perform Project Control activities and supervise the preparation of Project Controls for a project or assignment. This may include serving as Control Team Leader on small projects or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Project Controls Team regionally.

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Project Coding for control and work integrity as per the contract.
• Create integrated EPC schedules or cost control programs.
• Recommend solutions or recovery plans for schedule or cost impacts or delays.
• Analyze schedules, review delays, and propose recovery alternatives as Lead Scheduler.
• Maintain the cost system and generate reports as Lead Cost Specialist.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance, communicate reasons, and suggest mitigation plans.

• Four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field, plus 10 years of related experience or 14 years combined education and experience.
• Effective communication skills with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Technical knowledge necessary for the role.
• Ability to learn applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Attention to detail and efficiency in work.

• At least 10 years of EPCM project execution experience.
• Understanding of direct construction costs and subcontractors.
• Experience analyzing contractor contracts and modifications.
• Ability to analyze cost forecast variances vs. budgets.
• Coding subcontractor items and contract modifications.
• Prepare contract scorecards for designated prime contracts.

• Experience in capital cost estimation including indirect costs.
