Position: Project Manager (Facilities)
Overview

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager in the Bay Minette, Alabama area to oversee the process of transitioning medical manufacturing facilities, assets, and human capital to new locations. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in planning, coordinating logistics, monitoring budgets and costs, tracking deliverables, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of relocation projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and cost forecasts.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the organization’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop project plans, define objectives, organize timelines, and allocate resources to ensure efficiencies.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met and potential concerns are addressed.
  • Develop standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets.
  • Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting.
  • Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
  • Requirements
    • Proven experience transitioning medical-related manufacturing facilities.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating with medical/healthcare professionals to ensure project design is aligned with business needs and industry standards.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
    • Project Management: PM certification from accredited institution.
    • Communication:
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate with outside vendors.
    • Organization:
      Proven task driven organizational skills; ability to prioritize and drive results; and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Regulatory:
      Knowledge of various federal and state laws and regulations.
    • Problem-solving:
      Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Financial:
      Experience in budget management and cost analysis.
    • Software:
      Familiarity with project management platform and tools to track progress and report status updates.

    Salary

    Salary: $100,000-$150,000
