Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage scaffold building activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Plan and coordinate scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling according to project schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding to ensure safety and quality.
- Provide training and guidance to Scaffold Builders, fostering a culture of safety and quality workmanship.
- Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of scaffold materials and equipment on-site.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding project progress and any safety incidents.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffold building, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Must have experience in Peri Up scaffolding.
- Thorough knowledge of scaffold construction practices and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- NCCER Certification preferred.
- Physical ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits offered.
Pay $32hr and $152 per diem work days
