Scaffold Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage scaffold building activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling according to project schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide training and guidance to Scaffold Builders, fostering a culture of safety and quality workmanship.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of scaffold materials and equipment on-site.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding project progress and any safety incidents.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffold building, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Must have experience in Peri Up scaffolding.
• Thorough knowledge of scaffold construction practices and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• NCCER Certification preferred.
• Physical ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay $32hr and $152 per diem work days
