We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Residential Energy Auditor to assess energy usage and recommend improvements for single-family and multi-family homes. This role involves performing on-site energy assessments, conducting diagnostic testing, and preparing comprehensive reports aligned with utility rebate programs (e.g., NYSERDA EmPower+, utility-sponsored weatherization, etc.).

• Conduct on-site energy audits of residential properties
• Perform diagnostic testing:
  Blower door, combustion safety, infrared scanning
• Collect detailed data on insulation, HVAC systems, air sealing, and appliances
• Educate homeowners on energy-saving opportunities and incentive programs
• Ensure all audits comply with local, state, and program standards
• Collaborate with project managers
