Human Edge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care facility in Bay Shore, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician passionate about neonatal and pediatric care, particularly in the NICU setting.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across a range of acuity levels, including neonatal and pediatric populations.

• Deliver specialized treatment for newborns as early as 26 weeks gestational age.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support patient recovery and developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration

• BLS (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist

• Experience treating newborns (26 weeks and older)

• NICU Certification

• Location: Bay Shore, NY

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• On-Call: None

• Rotating weekends required
