• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive census growth, employee retention, and operational performance
• Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and community partners
• Oversee staffing, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and facility initiatives
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Previous experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility required
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations
• Proven leadership, management, and team-building skills
• Strong financial and operational management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated success with survey outcomes, census development, and staff retention preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
