Insurance CSR with Potential - Bay Shore NY

Customer Service Representative with Account Executive Potential

Location: Bay Shore, NY Prefer in-house will consider hybrid (flexible days and hours)

Salary: $60,

Our Client, A well-known mid-sized agency that is growing by leaps and bounds seeks a seeks a Career minded commercial lines CSR, who is highly organized, well spoken, licensed, able to explain coverage and handle stressful situations.

• Active NY P&C license
• Minimum 2 years supporting $50,000 to $800,000 premium size clients
• Strong relationship management, resolution and presentation skills
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
• Ability to negotiate with underwriters and navigate carrier websites
• Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies via carrier portals
• Good communication skills
• Team player with track record of working cooperatively to achieve objectives
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus navigating carrier websites is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
