Associate Immigration Attorney

• Represent clients before USCIS
  , Immigration Courts
  , and other administrative agencies
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective legal strategies
• Draft legal documents
  , including motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on immigration-related matters
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Stay current on developments in immigration law and policy changes
• Attend and actively participate in court hearings, interviews, and trials

• Admission to the New York Bar or any U.S. jurisdiction (Required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest or experience in immigration law
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior litigation experience is highly valued

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
