Potential Contract-to-Hire
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product lines.
- Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and customer inputs.
- Execute demand planning activities within ERP systems and maintain accurate planning data.
- Participate in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning and develop consensus demand plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs
. - Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams to align demand and supply.
- Maintain planning parameters including safety stock, reorder points, and lead times
. - Support NPI, product transitions, and end-of-life planning
. - Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and system usage.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning experience
, preferably in manufacturing or distribution. - Strong hands-on Demand Forecasting experience.
- Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, ECC, or S/4
HANA
; SAP IBP/APO strongly preferred. - Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
. - Strong knowledge of Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Planning
. - Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
