A leading production company in Bay Shore, NY, is seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in a high-volume, technology-driven environment. Responsible for ensuring peak machine efficiency, the successful candidate will monitor equipment performance, manage maintenance schedules, and provide leadership to a team of 15–20. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in a supervisory role within manufacturing.

This role is 100% on-site, with standard hours Monday to Friday.
