- ERP system experience (Aptean preferred but not required)
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends
- Execute ERP transactions accurately and on time
- Open and close process orders daily
- Perform order and inventory reconciliation
- Manage shop floor activities and ensure real‑time data input
- Conduct bin counts and oversee inventory management
- Utilize scanners for inventory and production tracking
- Analyze production data for accuracy and ensure proper flow of raw materials and rework
- Perform shift‑to‑shift and daily reconciliation across all production lines
- Develop and create job aids for process improvement
- Complete other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Data entry proficiency and strong attention to detail
- Experience with order entry and inventory reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and functions)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to analyze and correct production data in real time
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- English proficiency required; bilingual is a plus
- Option 1: 4 days/week, 10‑hour shifts (must be open to Saturdays)
- First shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Second shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Option 2: 5 days/week, 8‑hour shifts (must be open to Saturdays)
- First shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Second shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Fast‑paced manufacturing setting with hands‑on involvement in production and inventory processes.
