* Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and imaging.
* Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs (training provided if needed).
* Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure expectations and ongoing care plans.
* Become proficient in office-based procedures such as trigger point injections, intrathecal pump refills, Botox, and joint injections.
* Triage patients appropriately and assist with provider inbox management, phone calls, and clinical messaging.
* Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to ensure continuity of care.
* Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management through weekly educational sessions, webinars, conferences, and CME activities.
* Maintain flexibility to see patients across as needed.###

Qualifications:

* Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
** or
* * completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
* Current NP or PA state licensure and registration in the practicing state.
* Spanish speaking preferred
* Prior NP/PA experience preferred.
* Background in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or spine care strongly preferred.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused approach to care.### Compensation & Benefits:

** Up to $160,000 annually, based on experience.
