Warehouse Worker – Quality Control--Bayshore

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Worker to help inspect and ensure the quality of fresh produce at our Bayshore warehouse. This role involves examining incoming and outgoing shipments, identifying quality issues, and working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain high standards of freshness and presentation.

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, ripeness, spoilage, and overall quality
• Identify, document, and report any quality issues or product discrepancies
• Ensure that outgoing orders meet internal standards before packing and shipment
• Support inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO as applicable)
• Record quality data using paper forms or warehouse systems
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers about product conditions
• Help maintain clean, food-safe working conditions

• Experience in a warehouse, food handling, or produce inspection role preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in cold storage and handling perishables
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and follow internal food safety and quality protocols
