We are looking for motivated Prep Cooks eager to build skills and grow in a dynamic kitchen.

• Wash, peel, and cut various foods to prepare for cooking.
• Prepare all items consistently to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and the kitchen.
• Label and store all products following company and safety standards.
• Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils.
• Inform management when equipment is not functioning.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and assist others as needed.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes.
• Follow direction from the Kitchen Manager.
• Communicate and support co‑workers while being a team player.
• Understand and comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Assist cooks and staff with various tasks as needed.
• Fill in for fellow team members to ensure quality and service standards are met.
• Arrive dressed appropriately and ready to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prep or line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work holidays and days that may conflict with regular schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for up to 10 hours.
• Comfortable working in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment.

Compensation range: $16.50 – $80.00 per hour.
