We’re currently looking for experienced bartenders to join our front-of-house team at The Tap Room!

Who You Are
You enjoy creating quality drinks while engaging with guests and building connections. You thrive in a busy, energetic environment and understand the balance of speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality. As a Tap Room Bartender, you help set the tone for the guest experience and contribute to a fun, positive team atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room.
• Ask for  serving alcohol to guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of our food, beverage, and beer menus, along with current specials and promotions.
• Ensure prompt service for bar guests, along with service bar.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar.
• Have knowledge of proper pours and use of glassware.
• Adheres to state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Help promote our restaurant:
  Great food, good people!
• Assist fellow team members in the performance of their responsibilities.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks pertinent to the bartending position, as well as running side-work.
• All other duties as assigned.

What We'll Need From You

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• Availability – Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• Certifications – Valid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
