Overview

AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This role supports the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the store’s AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready store through replenishment and attention to detail.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards (including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers).
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in good working order; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Foster a teamwork-oriented environment to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store remains fresh.
• Prioritize guest experience and champion a culture of recognition within the merchandising team; celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store and stockroom safety standards, support shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management skills.

• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with prior retail experience.
