Family Service League is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Alternatives for Youth Program in Bay Shore, NY. The Case Manager will coordinate in-home family support to divert involvement with the Suffolk County Probation System and will conduct home visits across the county.
Availability to work 2 evenings a week is required. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, FSA, retirement with 5% employer contribution, life/AD&D, PTO, holidays, EAP and disability coverage.
